Procedure to manage employee details of company using Employee Salary Software:


Step 1: Install DRPU Employee Planner Software in your system.


Download DRPU Employee Planner Software

Step 2: Run Employee Planner Software in your PC and choose option ‘Open An Existing Company’ to access your existing company.


Step 3: Now you see user verification window. Enter user name and password to manage company and employee records. Click on ‘Login’ button.

Step 4: Click Employee menu and select Add Employee option to add employee in your company. Fill the general details of employee including Employee ID, Title, First Name, Last Name, Designation, Address, Mobile Number etc.


Step 5: Click Official Details option and fill various fields such as Room No., Phone No., Extension, Fax etc You can also browse photograph of employee.


Step 6: Click Salary Details option and fill the various fields like Pay Period & Salary, Over time details and deduction details.


Step 7: Now go to Update Employee option in Employee menu to update existing employee details. Select employee from list of employee and press ‘Ok’ button.



Step 8: Update General Details of employee and press ‘Save’ button for saving updated employee records.


Step 9: If you want to view all employee records, select Employee List option in Employee menu. Now you can see all employee records and click on print option for printing employee list. Enter title and press ‘Ok’ button.
