Now we have described process to manage employee shift schedule using DRPU Employee Planner Software

Install DRPU Employee Planner Software on your PC or Laptop for adding employee details to manage different activities. Now open software and click on “Open An Existing Company” and select your company.

Now pop-up User Verification window, enter username and password to manage various types of company and employee records.

Go to master menu and select Shift Setting. You can set general shift start time and working hour duration. If your company is running multiple shifts, select shifts and start time. If companies pay extra charges for particular shift, fill a shift charge that is added in employee salary. Now click on Apply button, Shift Setting has been saved successfully.

If you want to assign shift schedule for employee, go to shift scheduler menu and select Assign shift option. Select employee from employee list and press OK button.

Now pop-up Assign Shift window, assigned shift of selected employee from drop-down list. You can also assign shift for single days and multiple days. After assigning shifts, click on save button. Record has been saved successfully.

If you want to view current day shifts of employee, go to Shift Scheduler and select Today Shift option.

You can also view shifts of your company employee after clicking on View Shift Schedule option. Software provides advance print option for printing shift scheduling report of employee.
