Now we have described process to assign and manage tour and training details using DRPU Employee Planner Software

  • Install DRPU Employee Planner Software on your Windows PC or Laptop to manage employee records including expenses and salary increment/decrement details. Open software after installation and click on “Open An Existing Company” option to manage record of your existing company.

  • Now select your existing company and enter your Administrative details to access your company records.

  • If you want to assign tour of employee in company, go to Tour and Training menu and click on Assign Tour option. Now select employee from employee list and click on OK button.

  • Now pop-up Assign Tour window, enter tour details like start and end date, choose tour type from drop-down list. Enter amount details including expenses, amount and payment detail. After filling all details, press Save button. Your record has been saved successfully.

  • You can assign training of employee, click on Assign Training option and select employee from employee list which you want to assign training of employee. Now pop-up Assign Training window, fill training details including course name, start and end date, trainer name, location, training amount etc and press save button. Record has been saved successfully.

  • Now Click on View Tour Option from Tour and Training Menu to view entire tour details of employee. You can print your generated tour report using advance printing option.

  • Now Click on View Training Option from Tour and Training Menu to access the entire employee training detail. You can also print training detail report using advance printing option.

  • Employee Planner Software provides advance feature to generate employee tour and training pass. Click on Tour and Training Pass Option from Tour and Training Menu to create pass. Select employee from employee list and select tour and training record of selected employee. You can add employee photo using Browse Photo option and click on view button to see generated pass.

  • You can also print pass using advance print option. If you want to generate training pass follow the same process.
